Kids ’n Kinship orientation set March 31

Kids ’n Kinship mentoring program will have an orientation from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at Davanni’s Pizza & Hot Hoagies, 14639 County Road 11, Burnsville.

Individuals, couples and families are needed who have a desire to be a role model and special friend for a child.

Kids ’n Kinship is seeking volunteers:

• to provide support, encouragement, and friendship to a child or youth;

• with experience or willingness to be trained to mentor children on our waiting list with special needs; or

• to support a student with academic needs at a school in Eagan.
