Construction continues on Cedar Avenue
There are lane closures on southbound Cedar Avenue between 147th Street and Dodd Boulevard and on northbound Cedar Avenue between Dodd Boulevard and 147th Street.
Temporary lane closures and signal systems on flashing red (all-way stop) may be needed for short durations throughout the project during the next couple of weeks to make preparations for the winter months.
Private utility companies have begun relocating their facilities along Cedar Avenue from 150th Street (County Road 42) to north of 138th Street in advance of next year’s construction. Temporary lane closures and sidewalk closures may be required to complete some of this work.
