Mitt Romney will bring his campaign to become the Republican’s endorsed presidential candidate to Eagan on Wednesday, Feb. 1. The event will be held from 1-2 p.m. at FreightMasters, 3703 Kennebec Drive.

The event is billed on the campaign’s website as an opportunity to join Romney and Tim Pawlenty, an Eagan resident and former Minnesota governor and Republican presidential candidate. Pawlenty endorsed Romney in September 2011 after bowing out of the race. The Washington Post has referred to him as “Romney’s attack dog.”

Trucking company Freightmasters Inc. joined Indiana-based air and ocean freight services company Towne Air Freight in November 2009. Towne Network Solutions also manages air freight trucking in North America for international and domestic airlines.
