Reader News: New Book Club Forms in Southwest Metro

The Savage Area Women of Today have launched a southwest metro area book club,The Literary Ladies.

The club meets on the third Wednesday evening of each month at the Burnhaven Library in Burnsville. Attendees select the books for upcoming months and discuss the current month’s selection. The book for February is Devil in the White City by Erik Larson. The next books include The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins in March, The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern in April and The Tiger’s Wife by Tea Obreht in May.

The next meeting is Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 6:30-8:15 p.m. at the Burnhaven Library (1101 County Road 42 W, Burnsville).
