CSM to hold neighborhood meeting about Lockheed Martin site

CSM Eagan, LLC, a subsidiary of CSM Corporation, will hold an informative neighborhood meeting 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 14 at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway.

The meeting, which will be in the South Oaks Room, is open to all interested parties to discuss its plans for the redevelopment of the Lockheed Martin property located at 3333 Pilot Knob Road in Eagan.

This neighborhood meeting is being held in advance of CSM’s formal submittal to the city of Eagan for its request for a Comprehensive Guide Plan change and rezoning of the property.

Representatives of CSM and its consultants will be available at the meeting to provide a presentation and answer any questions.
