Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota appears to be in the midst of a management shake-up as three top executives have left the state’s largest insurer.

Chief financial officer Pamela Sedmak is among the three no longer with Blue Cross, spokesman Jim McManus confirmed in an email March 21.

McManus confirmed that chief medical officer Greg Gilmet is no longer with the health insurer along with Kathleen Mock, Blue Cross senior vice president of marketing and public and health affairs.

In February, Kenneth Burdick became the new CEO at the company, which has about 3,500 employees.

Blue Cross’ parent company reported in 2010 an operating income of $127.8 million based on just over $9 billion in revenue.
