BHS students head to International Science Fair, again

For the 18th time since 1992, students from Burnsville High School have been selected to participate in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) – the premiere science competition in the world for students in grades 9-12.

They qualified during the 2012 Twin Cities Regional Science and Engineering Fair at the University of Minnesota recently.

Presenters at the ISEF in Pittsburgh this spring will be Laura Landgraf and Maggie Green. Attending as alternates will be Krista Bain and Scott Svare.

In addition, Burnsville High School students Taylor Swingle and Krista Bain have been selected to attend the International Sustainable World (Energy, Engineering and Environment) Project Olympiad in Houston, Texas, in May.
