Eagan businesswoman featured in new book on success

Katherine Fossler, owner of Lady Katherine women’s fitness with a touch of sass which opened in Eagan this January, has been featured in a book called “Succeeding in Spite of Everything.”

Fossler was at an international women’s conference in Dallas last June when she was sharing her story with a group of attendees and the leader of the conference overheard. Sandra Yancey, founder and president of e-Women Network Inc., was fascinated with Fossler’s story, which profiles Katherine’s extreme career change from a church administrator to a pole fitness instructor and studio owner. Yancey was so drawn in by the story that she invited Fossler to be in her newest book.

Fossler will be doing her first reading from the book at her Eagan Studio Fall Open House on Friday, Oct. 5 from 5 to 9 p.m., at Lady Katherine Studios, 4178 Pilot Knob Road.

The public is invited to attend and associated activites will include free classes, demonstrations, prize give aways and more. Details at www.lady-katherine.net. You can obtain the book at Lady Katherine studio, from their online store, or at Amazon.com.
