Secretary of State Mark Ritchie to discuss amendments in Eagan
Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will be on the Eagan campus of Rasmussen College hosting a town-hall style discussion about the voter ID and marriage amendments that are on the ballot this November. The event will be at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 16 and is open to the public.
