Apple Valley Firefighters decontamination unit finished with their work on a mock victim as part of the Emergency Response Training at the Burnsville Water Treatment Plant on October 4.  Responders from Burnsville, Savage, Dakota County, and Apple Valley arrived on the scene of a mock chemical release accident at the Burnsville Water Treatment Plant.  The scenario simulated an event that caused numerous injuries and required decontamination of patients and transport to Fairview Ridges Hospital.  Photos by Rick Orndorf
