Rosemount High School Marching Band awarded grand champion in Youth In Music festival

The Rosemount High School Marching Band was awarded the top prize in the 8th annual Youth In Music Championships at the H.H.H. Metrodome on Oct. 13.  This year’s show, “Don’t Stop,” featured musical selections from Ravel’s “Bolero,” and pop-rock legends Michael Jackson, Queen, Journey and Fleetwood Mac. Rosemount finished in first place out of 10 finalists representing marching bands from five states.  Photos by Rick Orndorf
