Echo Park Elementary kicks off 2013 Read-a-Thon
Minnesota author Douglas Wood kicked off the Echo Park Elementary 6th Annual Read-a-Thon with some stories and songs at two school assemblies on January 14. The Echo Park event will run from January 14-24. If there is either 80% participation or $15,000 raised, Principal Sally Soliday will camp out on the school’s roof. Photos by Rick Orndorf
