Continuing education classes for residential building contractors and building officials will be offered Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Castle Rock Township Hall, 2537 240th St. W., Farmington.

The following courses will be offered:

• KIP (Knowledge is Power), Series: MN State Statute 326B: Building Contractor Licensing Law, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost: $90 (includes lunch).

• MN State Residential Code: Radon Resistant Construction Code, 4 to 5 p.m. Cost: $20.
