Lions donate coats for kids

The Lakeville Lions recently donated 65 coats, hats and gloves to needy Lakeville school children and on Jan. 2 teamed up with the Dollar Tree store in Apple Valley to collect 500 winter clothing items to donate to Lakeville and Farmington public schools. The Lions sponsored 17 families through 360 Communities’s Armful of Love program and sponsored one needy Lakeville family for Christmas.
