Help plan International Festival
Planning has begun for the International Festival to be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Nicollet Commons Park in Burnsville.
The city is asking that residents help put together the event that celebrates the community’s many cultures. With ethnic displays, food, and performances of dancers, musicians and other entertainers, there is something for everyone.
There are many ways to get involved in the festival planning. The committee needs new members to work on entertainment, publicity, and cultural booth representation. Meetings are typically once per month or every other month.
