Citizens Climate Lobby meeting, 11 a.m. at Galaxie Library, 14955 Galaxie Ave., Apple Valley. Dr. Martin Tresguerres of the Scripps Institution of Oceanography will speak by national conference call on the topic of “Ocean Acidification – Can Corals Cope?” All are welcome. Youth Ice Fishing Contest, noon to 2 p.m., Valley Lake Park, 16050 Garrett Path. Prizes will be awarded to youth ages 13 and under for different fish categories. “Super” pancake breakfast by the Farmington Knights of Columbus, 9 a.m. to noon at Church of St. Michael, 22120 Denmark Ave., Farmington. Menu: pancakes, French toast, sausage links, scrambled eggs, coffee, juice and water. Good-will offerings accepted for DARTS.

Monday, Feb. 4
Change Begins With Us, 6 p.m. in the Mary Center at Mary, Mother of the Church, 3333 Cliff Road, Burnsville. Join Joint Religious Legislative Coalition executive director, Brian Rusche, and the Minnesota Commissioner of Revenue, Myron Frans, for an evening of interfaith dialogue about social justice principles in action.
