District 191 teachers share research on instructional technology

Approximately 70 teachers in Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District 191, who have been researching the use of instructional technology in their classrooms this year, will share their results in a public session that begins at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 7, in the Senior Campus, upper level, Diamondhead Education Center, 200 W. Burnsville Parkway.

The research is part of Improving Student Achievement Through Technology (ISATT), a major districtwide initiative to determine which technologies provide the most benefit and how best to use them.

The goal of all the research is to discover what works and what doesn’t with instructional technology so that limited financial resources can be used most effectively to boost student achievement.
