The Tigers girls hockey U12A team captured the Minnesota Hockey National Region Tournament Championship and are headed to the Minnesota U12A State Tournament March 15 and 16 as one of three No. 1-seeded teams. The girls defeated Mound Westonka 4-3, Cottage Grove 5-1 and Lakeville South 4-2 to earn their Region championship.

The Tigers U12-A girls hockey team also completed a historic season with Farmington’s first-ever U12-A  District 8 regular season championship. The players went undefeated in District 8 play and followed that up with a second place finish in the District 8 Tournament.
