Basketball tournament to benefit Officer Tom Decker by Dakota County law enforcement officers, 9 a.m., Apple Valley High School, 14450 Hayes Road. Free admission. Attendees may make a donation at the tournament for the family of slain Cold Spring Officer Thomas Decker.
