Egg hunt at Good Shepherd

Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and School will hold its annual Easter Eggstravaganza event from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at the church campus located at 151 E. County Road 42 in Burnsville.

The event is open to all area families and features free activities for children age 10 and younger.

Egg hunts will be conducted outside at 11 a.m., noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. Families will be assigned a specific hunt time at the registration table and the hunt areas will be divided by age categories.

Story centers will offer families a first-hand experience of the Easter story. Continuous activities include a bounce house, face art, crafts, and child/family photo with Easter Bunny.

This event is in an “open house” format, so guests can arrive and leave at any time throughout the event. Children can bring Easter baskets to collect their eggs, but plastic bags will also be provided.
