Public Health Department survey responses sought

The Dakota County Public Health Department is seeking help from people who live or work in Dakota County to complete a confidential online survey that asks questions about topics such as access to medical and dental services, disease in the community, the health of babies and children, and environmental issues. No personal health questions are asked.

The survey is part of the Healthy Dakota Initiative, which aims to engage community members in analyzing health-related data and developing strategies to address identified health concerns.

For more information or to take the survey, visit and search HDI.
