District 191 students chosen for leadership conference

Three Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 high school students have been chosen to attend the State Leadership Conference of Family Career Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) on April 29 through their work at the Dakota County Area Learning School (DCALS).

Fundamental Chef Training students Trevor Miska (Burnsville Alternative High School) and Aimee Holzer (BEST), and Food Industry Careers student Erik Morgel (BEST) will attend the conference representing both DCALS and their home schools at the conference.

FCCLA-HERO is a career preparation youth organization which focuses on service occupations, and helping students develop real-world skills and talents.
