Kane earns Silver Wings

Second Lt. McKenzie Kane, a 2005 graduate of Rosemount High School, recently received his Silver Wings after graduating from the U.S. Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training class at Laughlin Air Force Base, Del Rio, Texas. Kane was commissioned through the AFROTC program at the University of Minnesota where he earned his undergraduate degree in computer science. His next assignment will be flying the U-28A in the Air Force Special Operations Command based at Hurlburt AFB near Destin, Fla. Kane is the son of Scott and Linda Kane of Rosemount.
