Rosemount athletes recently were named to All-South Suburban Conference teams in lacrosse, softball and boys tennis.
The boys lacrosse team, which finished third in the SSC at 7-2, had three athletes named all-conference: senior Grant VanOverbeke and juniors Carter Yepsen and Connor Yepsen. Seniors Brandon Bogdalek and Riley Rutten received honorable mention, as did junior Bobby Price.
Senior Madeline Johnson represents Rosemount on the all-conference girls lacrosse team. Junior Sydney Narloch, sophomore Madi Lubeley and ninth-grader Angela Bodine were honorable mention.
Senior outfielder Melissa Seldon is Rosemount’s lone player on the all-conference softball team. Senior Hannah Esselman, sophomore Anna Hindraker and eighth-grader Gabby Sprang were honorable mention.
Senior Taji Onesirosan was named all-conference in boys tennis. Seniors Grayson Freking and Sean Hatlen and eighth-grader Anshul Bhareth were honorable mention.
All-conference teams for baseball, golf and track and field were not available when this edition went to press.
