NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING IN THE CITY OF APPLE VALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Apple Valley, Dakota County, Minnesota, will meet at the Municipal Center, 7100 147th Street West, on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map to re-designate property from MD (Medium Density Residential/6-12 units per acre) to LD (Low Density Residential/0-6 units per acre) and rezoning from M-6C (Multi-Family Residential/6-12 units per acre) to PD (Planned Development) for future development of up to 87 single-family residential lots. Said hearing relates to property generally located on the east side of Pilot Knob Road (CSAH 31) and south of 150th Street West (CSAH 42), with an area of approximately 25 acres, and legally described as follows:
Outlot E, CORTLAND, Dakota County, Minnesota
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that these proceedings are instituted by Palm Realty, Inc. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
