Local college freshman pays for school while helping the community

Josh Lillie, a first-year student at Mankato State University, was recently chosen for an internship called Cpress-release-picollege Works Painting. He will be given the opportunity to run his own business, providing exterior paint jobs to homeowners in the Burnsville area. He will hire marketers and painters, do estimates, manage labor and costs, as well as manage a local team of painters. “This will not only be a great leadership, and entrepreneurial experience, but it will help my way through school as well,” he said.
