A Public Hearing will be held on June 23, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible by the Burnsville Planning Commission, 100 Civic Center Parkway, in the Council Chambers on the application of Richard Schulze for a rezoning from B-3, General Business to B-3/PUD, Development Stage PUD to add two stories of office space to an existing building (exceeding the 35 height standard), allow warehouse, manufacturing/assembly and exterior display uses and Preliminary Plat of a 1 lot commercial subdivision to be known as Caliber Addition at 12600 Frontage Road West.
The application will be scheduled for the next appropriate City Council meeting following the Planning Commission meeting.
