KIDSPO attracts scores of children, families to Eagan

KIDSPO Kids & Family Expo drew an estimated 2,000 people to the Eagan Community Center on Saturday, Sept. 26, for the third annual event that had more than 60 exhibitors, children’s activities, stage entertainment, and much more. The event started at 10 a.m. when a long line of people who were waiting to enter the doors found plenty of fun and information inside. The event included a chance for children to make their own pasta, participate in a princess tea party, dress up and have their pictures taken in front of a mini castle, play games, test out their engineering skills and watch theater, dance and magic performances. Gold sponsor Christian Heritage Academy offered information about its educational program from birth to eighth grade. Silver sponsors were Primrose Schools, Ballet Royale and Twin Cities Ballet, Fairview and Minnesota Orthodontics. All covered a range of family topics such as healthy eating, activities and living.
