PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF BURNSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BURNSVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Burnsville Economic Development Authority (EDA), Dakota County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at approximately 6:30 P.M. at City Hall, 100 Civic Center Parkway, Burnsville, Minnesota, to consider the proposed sale of certain real property (Property) located in the Heart of the City to Akota Hospitality, LLC (Redeveloper). The Property is described as Outlot A, Nicollet Commons Park 3rd Addition. The EDA is expected to convey the Property to the Redeveloper in furtherance of the EDA's goals for its Redevelopment Project No. 1. A copy of all documents relating to the proposed sale of the Property will be on file and available for inspection at City Hall during regular business hours. At the hearing, the EDA will meet to decide if the proposed sale is advisable.
