The eighth annual Rosemount Writers Festival and Book Fair was held March 16 at the Steeple Center in Rosemount. David Bruns and J. R. Olson, both retired Navy officers, were keynote speakers, as this year’s event featured 60 authors and vendors. While the Book Fair was in the banquet hall, a series of writing-related workshops were in the Steeple Center’s upstairs classrooms. The event was organized by the Rosemount Area Arts Council and the Friends of the Robert Trail Library.
